Bent Tree Bluffs (BTB) is located in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City. BTB is west of John Knox Village and Summit Woods Crossing Shopping Center off Chipman Road & US 50. It is within walking distance to Lowenstein Park, one of Lee’s Summit’s largest parks.
BTB has over 300 single-family homes with established trees, three stocked fishing ponds, a swimming pool and large areas of common green space. Children attend Cedar Creek Elementary, Bernard Campbell Middle School and Lee’s Summit North High School.
